FDsys/GPO Access Online Resources: A-Z Resource list

FDsys (Federal Digital System), from the U.S. Government Printing Office, provides free online access to official publications from all three branches of the Federal Government. Previous access was available from GPO Access for more than 15 years. GPO Access completed the transition to FDsys on March 16, 2012.

This list is based on the original "GPO Access Online Resources: A-Z Resource List" and points to resources currently in FDSys and to web sites with outside links. Paths to items are included for additional information.

Besides the titles listed below, more documents may be found by viewing the FDsys Additional Government Publications page. A general overview About FDsys and a video about Basic Searching in FDsys are also available.

Plum Book (United States Government Policy and Supporting Positions), 1996 to 2012
- Every four years, just after the Presidential election, the Plum Book is published, alternately, by the Senate and the House. The Plum Book is used to identify presidentially appointed positions. Semiannual Regulatory Agenda (Unified Agenda), 1994 to 2010
- The Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions (also known as the Semiannual Regulatory Agenda) is published in the spring and fall of each year. Federal agencies publish agendas of regulatory and deregulatory activities. The Regulatory Plan, published as part of the fall edition of the Agenda, identifies regulatory priorities and has details about the significant regulatory actions that agencies expect to take in the coming year.
