The
Office of PC Support provides faculty
and staff with technical assistance
and maintenance for WTAMU authorized
workstations, network printers,
and related peripherals.
The
technical assistance provided
by the Office of PC Support includes
the acquisition, installation,
tracking, and support of hardware,
software, and peripherals. The
hardware support provided consists
of troubleshooting, repair, and
maintenance. Software support
includes troubleshooting, installation,
and end-user assistance on WTAMU
supported software packages.
The
Office of PC Support consists
of two full-time staff and several
student employees. We rely heavily
on student employment for staffing
needs, and in turn provide an
excellent opportunity for our
students to practice what they
have learned here at WTAMU through
on the job training.
