| The
Information Technology Service Center (ITSC) is a centralized
location for faculty, staff, and students to request
assistance with IT related problems or questions. The
IT Service Center is staffed by a full-time Help Desk
Manager, and several student employees.
Upon
receiving a call, an IT Service Center employee will
attempt to resolve all problems at the initial point
of contact. However, certain problems will require
the attention of more specialized technical personnel,
at which point the ITSC employee will enter a work
order and route it to the appropriate department for
assistance. The receiving department will then contact
the customer and work with them to resolve the problem.

ITSC is located in Room 29 of the Hastings Electronic
Learning Center and may be contacted by phone at (806)
