Key Processes for the Division of Information Technology

The key processes for the division of information technology include academic, administrative, and student computing support, application development and system integration, access control, change control, information security, incident response, risk assessment, project management, helpdesk and operational support, data backup and recovery services, and workspace computer procurement and replacement. 

Key processes for the division of information technology will be reviewed and/or updated on an annual basis.  The next scheduled review will begin on September 1st, 2010.
