Information Security The Information Security Office supports the University’s mission, by overseeing the University’s efforts to provide a secure computing environment. The ISO’s goal is to assure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the University’s electronic information. To achieve this goal the ISO develops policies and procedures, and raises security awareness within the campus community.
The Information Security Office also ensures that the University is in compliance with Texas Administrative Code Chapter 202, as well as other State and Federal laws dealing with Information Security.
