Professional Profile

Du Menil joined the offices for Institutional Advancement at West Texas A&M University in November 2010. After serving for a year as the Development Officer for the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, organizing major gift and development efforts, she now works in the College of Business. In the College of Business, du Menil oversees all major gift and development efforts for the newly AASCB accredited College of Business and its three departments. She also works with the LEAD WT to coordinate and execute fundraising activities.

Du Menil received her Bachelor of Science in History in 2008 from West Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in History. During her undergraduate work, du Menil served as an intern and student assistant at the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum. Upon graduation, she joined PPHM full-time in the administrative and distance learning departments. During her graduate work, du Menil was a full-time graduate assistant, teaching courses in early American History.
 

Personal Sketch

Du Menil lives in Amarillo. She currently serves on the Board of the Friends of the Cornette Library and is involved in Amarillo Young Professionals, the Panhande-Plains Historical Society and Phi Alpha Theta. She enjoys traveling, reading and is an avid runner.
