Dr. Sarvar Gurbanov, an economist from Azerbaijan, is on a Fulbright grant to University of Southern California.
He is coming to WTAMU at the invitation of the Provost and hosted by Lal K. Almas, associate
professor of agricultural business and economics and the Office of Nationally Competitive Scholarships.
