October 31, 2013 is the final day a student may drop a course or completely withdraw (drop all courses) from the Fall semester.
After October 31, drops and withdrawals must be completed with a "Petition to Drop/Withdraw After the Deadline" form and requires signatures from the instructor, department head, and dean.
