Hello future Buff!  We've listed several forms below you may nee to submit to complete your admissions file.  Please note that we have created many of these forms to be submitted electronically for your convenience. Documents submitted to the admissions office by fax or email are considered unofficial. Final, official transcripts will be required to complete your file.

Any documents submitted by email must be PDFs.

** Core Residency Questionnaire and HB 3826 Exemptions can be submitted electronically (To submit electronically, fill in the highlighted fields, create a digital signature and "sign" the document. Then click "Share" to send the page as a .pdf attachment in an email to admissions@wtamu.edu. Note: this feature requires Adobe Reader 10 or later.)
