Request for Official Transcript

Students may request official transcripts via mail, fax, or in person at the Registrar’s Office. There is no charge for transcripts mailed through regular mail. If you need overnight service, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

Please complete the Request for Official Transcript Form or send a written request with the following information:

  • Full Name (including any former names)
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Current Address
  • Current daytime telephone number
  • E-Mail Address
  • Dates of attendance at WTAMU
  • Name & Address of transcript recipient(s).
  • Signature (without your signature, we cannot process the request)

NOTICE: Please allow 2 – 4 working days processing time for transcripts (faxed or mailed). Transcripts will only be faxed to another university or college with the following information:

  • Fax Number
  • University or College Name
  • Person to whom transcript will be faxed
