APPENDIX III—COMPLAINTS
Initial complaints should be filed in the applicable department. A student should follow proper channels when filing a complaint with a given department. Should students need assistance in determining how or where to proceed with filing a complaint, they may contact the Office of Student Services. Complaints against the Office of Student Services may be lodged with the Office of the President.
