Registrar Update Information

Update Student Information

It's a student’s responsibility to maintain:

  • Local address and phone number
  • Permanent address and phone number

This information can be updated in person at the Office of the Registrar, or by completing the Update Student Information form and submitting it by fax or by mail. If you do not have acces to a fax machine or are unable to mail the request, you may send a request via your student email account containing the following information.

  • Full Name
  • Student ID number 
  • Information to be changed

If changing legal name or social security number, documentation must be provided. Contact us for more details.
