Student Research Conference STUDENT RESEARCH CONFERENCE RESULTS WTAMU invites submissions from undergraduate and graduate students for the 2010 Student Research Conference. The conference will be from 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday, April 9, 2010. Students are encouraged to submit an abstract for a paper or poster presentation (poster session guidelines) or a completed paper. The submission deadline for abstracts or papers is March 22, 2010. The Student Research Conference will be held on the second floor of the Classroom Center. The conference will end with an awards reception honoring papers with plaques and cash awards. To be eligible for cash awards, students must submit a complete paper by the submission deadline, attend the conference, and present the paper. There is no registration fee. Submit the application online and paste your abstract into the form. Abstracts should be between 100-200 words. Completed papers of less than 12 pages of text should be formatted according to the discipline's standards and submitted via a Turnitin dropbox. If your abstract is accepted for a submitted paper, you will have access to a community group link on WT Class with the Turnitin dropbox.
