Student Research Conference Winners for the 2019 conference

Sponsored by Graduate School and Research, Attebury Honors Program and Campus to Community

West Texas A & M University’s (WTAMU) annual Student Research Conference is designed to showcase the exceptional research and creative projects being pursued by undergraduate and graduate students—those attending WTAMU, as well as students from other educational institutions. Students present their work in professional venues, including poster and artistic exhibits, as well as paper and performance panels. Students are invited (but not required) to compete for cash awards through the conference as well, and are judged and critiqued by an interdisciplinary group of faculty members. In this unique venue, students are able to see the way their work compares with that of others at their stage of academic development, gain feedback on their work and presentation skills, and learn the intricacies of professional presentation in their particular fields.

Each year WTAMU invites submissions from undergraduate and graduate students across the region for research presentations. Students can only compete in ONE of the categories listed below.

Select the category of interest from below and click the link for entry and competition information. In order to be eligible for the cash awards, the student must submit their paper or a pdf of the poster by 5pm on Friday, March 29, 2019.
