- High School (entering 9th grade in fall 2009 and older)
- Middle School (entering 8th grade in the fall of 2009 and younger)
- $75 non-refundable deposit
- 1.5” x 1.5” headshot photo, with camper name on the back

All payments should be made to West Texas A&M University by money order, school check, personal check or major credit card. Personal checks must contain your driver’s license number. If you wish to pay by credit card, please call (806) 651-2854. Applications will be returned if received without a deposit and complete application materials as listed above.
The camp office will confirm:
1) Application has been received and space is available
2) Residential camper’s dorm assignment and roommate, if applicable
Fees
Registration fee*
Residential - $485 (due postmarked by May 1)
Priority Commuter - $310 (due postmarked by May 1)
Commuter - $335 (due postmarked by May 8)
Private lessons - $15 per 20 minute lesson (optional) * TMEA All-State Orchestra members and MTNA State Piano Contest winners attend tuition-free as commuter campers (no deposit necessary), or pay only $175 to attend as residential campers.
