Professional Profile Dr. Xiao joined the College of Business in 2008. She received both of her B.S. and M.S. from Southwest Jiaotong University, P.R.China, and a Ph.D. in management from the University of Alabama in 2008. Teaching and Related Service Dr. Xiao teaches International Management, Strategic Management, and Healthcare Management.
Dr. Xiao is a member of the Academy of Management and Southern Management Association. Research and Creative Activity Dr. Xiao’s research interests include organizations’ various adaptive behaviors and their performance assessment in the contexts of institutional influence, environmental uncertainty, and entrepreneurial orientation. | | |
