WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Prepare for careers in academia, research, industry, and medicine
  • Study the fundamental nature of the universe, from the behavior of subatomic particles to the vastness of outer space
  • Use mathematical and physical data to address scientific questions
    • Apply what is taught in the classroom to real-world scenarios through the availability of research opportunities such as:
    • Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy for material characterization
