Professional Profile

Dr. Gaasch joined the Department of Life, Earth, and Environmental Sciences in 2008. She received a B.S. in biology and chemistry from West Texas A&M University in 2001. She earned a Ph.D. from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in 2006.

Teaching and Related Service

Dr. Gaasch teaches cell biology, biology for nonscience majors, and basic and contemporary biology. She is the faculty advisor for pre-dental and pre-chiropractic students.
