Professional Profile

Dr. Cooley is professor of management in the College of Business at West Texas A&M University. He joined the College of Business in 1998. He received a B.S. from McNeese State University, an M.B.A. from Lamar University and a Ph.D. in management from Oklahoma State University.

Teaching and Related Service

Dr. Cooley teaches entrepreneurship, small business management and strategic management.

Dr. Cooley’s research has appeared in journals such as Journal of International Business and Cultural Studies, Journal of Human Resource and Adult Learning, Management Science, IEEE Transactions on Reliability, and Journal of Decision Sciences.
