He received a B.S. in Mathematics from Texas Tech University in 1972, an M.S. in Statistics from Southern Methodist University in 1975, and a Ph.D. in Statistics from Southern Methodist University in 1977. Teaching, Research and Service Dr. Kelley is the Director of Institutional Research and teaches Statistics in the College of Business. Dr. Kelley is co-author of “A New Approach to ARMA Modeling”, has co-authored several other publications and has made numerous professional presentations. Dr. Kelley is a member of the American Statistical Association and the Texas Association for Institutional Research. Research Interests Dr. Kelley’s research interests center on applied statistics, time series analysis, and measures of learning assessment.
