Department of Education Educational Leadership Master of Education (M.Ed.) - Educational Leadership and Higher Education Texas School Administrator Certification - Principal and Superintendent The WTAMU Educational Leadership Program offers a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in educational leadership (tracks in educational leadership and higher education). Additionally, certification programs for licensure as a Texas principal and superintendent are offered. Program Strengths - Professors are certified and experienced Texas public school administrators (principal and superintendent).
