Continuing Education Registration University-Credit Course Registration Form Payment in full and transcripts (if not a WT student) must accompany the registration form, both can be submitted in the following ways: - Email the signed application to Patti at pcloe@wtamu.edu then call in a credit card payment to (806) 651-2037.
- Fax the signed application to (806) 651-2957 then call in a credit card payment to (806) 651-2037.
- Mail the signed application and a check payable to WTAMU to:
