| Payment and Registration Information The WTWA registration form is available on this website. Please print the form and mail or fax to our office. Payment, or a non-refundable deposit of $50.00, is required to reserve a space in a class. Enrollment is limited to 15 students per class with the exception of Jodi Thomas’ class which is limited to 12. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card information can be accepted over the phone. Please make cashier’s check payable to West Texas A&M University or WTAMU. If the class selected as your first choice is full, we will enroll you in your second choice. If there is any question, we will contact you to discuss further options. Reminder: The academy fee is $495.00, and the deadline to register is May 20th. The early registration fee is $450.00 if received by April 29th. After May 20th, the registration fee is $550.00. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation deadline is Monday, June 11 at 5:00 p.m., CST. If a cancellation is received before the deadline, all fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 administrative/deposit fee. Cancellations after this date will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. |
