Dr. Bridget Guerrero

Dr. Guerrero joined the Department of Agricultural Sciences in 2013. She received a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness in 2002 and a Master of Business Administration in 2003 from West Texas A&M University. She earned her doctoral degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University in 2010.
Teaching and Related Service Dr. Guerrero teaches Introduction to Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Marketing, and Advanced Farm and Ranch Management and is also a co-advisor for the Agribusiness Club.
Dr. Guerrero is a member of the American Agricultural Economics Association, Southern Agricultural Economics Association, Western Agricultural Economics Association, and Mid-Continent Regional Science Association.
Research and Creative Activity
Dr. Guerrero’s research interests include socioeconomic modeling, water policy, production agriculture, and renewable energy.
Dr. Guerrero and her husband, Johnny, have two kids, Jacie and Kyle. They enjoy long road trips, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Guerrero is originally from Vega, Texas where her family farms.
