He received a B.A. in English from Shantou University in 1998, an M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Northern Iowa in 2003, an M.S. in management from the University of Arizona in 2006 and a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Arizona in 2008. Teaching and Related Service Dr. Li teaches organizational behavior, human resources management, and cross-cultural management. Research and Creative Activity Dr. Li has published over a dozen journal articles and book chapters. He is currently on the editorial board of the Journal of Management. He also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology. His research interests focus on work motivation, work-family conflict, research methodology, and personnel selection. Personal Sketch Dr. Li is a happy bachelor.
