Aaron Hunt joined the College of Education and Social Sciences in 2012. He received a B.A. in political science and Spanish from Texas Tech University in 2001, a M.Ed. in educational leadership from West Texas A&M University in 2006 and is ABD for an Ed.D. in teacher leadership from Walden University.
He is the author of several articles that focus on behavior supports, instructional leadership and school culture. He has made numerous presentation appearances on a wide variety of educational topics.
Hunt also serves the Department of Education at WTAMU as the National Council of Accreditation for Teacher Education (NCATE) coordinator.
His research interests include behavior supports, minority education and Spanish as a second language speaker; language acquisition.
