Professional Profile

Mona Gregory joined the Department of Communication in January 2009. She received a B.S. in Communication in 1991 and an M.A. in Speech Communication in 1996 from West Texas A&M University.

Teaching, Research and Service

Gregory teaches Basic Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communication.

Gregory has been a speaker at various events. She has lived and traveled in Asia, and gladly takes opportunity to speak of her experiences. She is doing collective research with Communication Faculty on the outcomes of using the Common Reader in the Basic Public Speaking class.

Personal Sketch

Gregory and her husband, Richard and three sons, Kyler, Kit and Kade returned to the United States in July 2007 after living in Asia for four years. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
