Healthy Buff Program - Online Appointments
New users to the Healthy Buff Program will be required to complete a health history and sign the privacy form. Please bring your Buffalo Gold Card and your Insurance Card (insurance is not required) to every appointment. You may also submit your insurance card (front and back and be sure we can read the card) by e-mail to medical@wtamu.edu

No Shows/Non Cancellations - The clinic will consider a no show at any time a patient has not given the advanced notice within 1 hour of the appointment time or has failed to arrive within 5 minutes of their appointment time. All no show appointments are subject to a $30 non-cancellation fee, $45 for a specialist appointment and $45 for students that have over 3 no shows, per occurrence.

If you are having problems logging in to the Healthy Buffs Program, please call Student Medical Services. 806-651-3287. The system checks for enrollment and will not be operational until the first day of class. If you are sitting out the summer semester but were enrolled during the Spring and will be enrolled in the Fall, you can opt to pay the summer fees to be eligible for services.
